no joke, the only one i have ever recalled seeing is the black one richard hammond drove on top gear in their trip to mexico, and the Viper police seized in my home town from a drug dealer was repainted to look like a town cop car which is black and white

I’ve seen a few but they are few and far between, surprisingly.
Wait a second...
1) Drug dealer, police bust, Viper involved......coooooool
2) Is it an actual police car, because that would be the absolute scariest cop car of all time. Period.
